Adapter for vertical filling from top to bottom and air extraction pipe by laminar flow consisting of a device that is sandwiched between the top end of a pipe or carrier liquid source and receiver tube filling, so that in addition to adapting the diameter of the pipe to the receiver tube, able to establish a laminar flow during descent through the receiver tube by presenting an obstacle placed in the path centered there with two purposes; one that skirt the obstacle closing liquid to exit and continuing its normal descent, and other liquid shock as a result of steric hindrance against the inner walls of the tube down by them.
