SYNTHETIC RESIN PIPE CONTAINING JADE AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A synthetic resin pipe containing jade is provided which is used as piping material for heating. Waves irradiated from jade purify harmful matters and stimulate blood circulation. CONSTITUTION: The pipe is produced by mixing 71.5-96.2 wt% of polypropylene copolymer, 0.5-1.4 wt% of Di-T-Butylperoxide as cross-linking agent, 0.2-1.1 wt% of antioxidant (1076), 3-25 wt% of powdered kidney stone having a particle size of about 300-500 mesh and 0.1-1 wt% of pigment; heating and melting the mixture at 150-290C for 20-30 min, followed by extrusion molding.
