Purpose: the equipment for measurement angle and the height using a photonic quantum ring laser are provided to measurement angle and height using the light that the photonic quantum ring laser of different wave length vibrates according to visual angle. Construction: the equipment for measurement angle and the height using a photonic quantum ring laser include a photonic quantum ring laser (200), a reflecting target (110) and a spectroanalysis instrument (300). In a slab construction between a top reflecting plate and the reflecting plate of a lower part, photonic quantum ring laser is formed and according to visual angle to the light of the vertical line oscillation different wave length of the plate surface in adjacent edges. Reflecting target reflects and is reflected in the light vibrated in photonic quantum ring laser. Spectroanalysis instrument is collected the light of refraction and is reflected in reflection target and Detection wavelength attribute.
