PURPOSE: A foam aluminum panel capable of preventing a noise and having a sound interception multi layer structure is provided to perform a sound absorption and interception effect by using a panel of a multi layer structure. CONSTITUTION: A foam aluminum panel(1a) has a multi layer structure. The foam aluminum panel(1a) includes a foam aluminum panel(10) having an opened bubble(12) to which a sheet metal(20) is adhered, a sound absorbing material(30), and the foam aluminum panel(10) to which a steel sheet(40) is adhered. The sheet metal(20) is adhered on the foam aluminum panel(10) by an adhesive agent. Many holes(22) are regularly formed at the surface of the sheet metal(20) such as the aluminum or stainless steel. The sound absorbing material(30) is adhered between the foam aluminum panels(10) by the adhesive agent. The sheet metal(20) is hardened on the surface of the foam aluminum panel(10).
