Collapsible wall of interconnected detachable segments, esp. for military and civil defence purposes in emergencies

The adjoining wall segments are connected at the sides by projecting connectors (18). Each connector has an identical cross-sectional shape and extends over the entire wall height as profiled sections set symmetrical relative to each other relative to a vertical axis of symmetry. The segments can be of flexible material to produce closed containers stabilised by inner pressure of fillings.- Each connector has a hooked bearing part (34) enclosing a bearing channel (36) so that its free end (40) engages with the bearing part (34) of the connector of the adjoining wall segment. The width of the opening (38) of the bearing channel is only a little less than the height of the hook (35) of the bearing part. The difference between the width of the opening and the height of the hook is such that the free end of the bearing part moves in and out of the bearing channel only within a maximum installation angle differing by 10 to 15 degs.from the parallel alignment of two segments
