A multi-purpose syringe made of elastic material, consists of a conical-cylindrical bag or balloon type hollow member, with a cone (2) which holds a tube. The latter has a closure or protective cap (3). The surface of the syringe has longitudinal or lateral grooves which enable it to be held securely.
