The spindle (5) is connected to the wrench (13) by enclosing the spindle with a cap (7) up to a polygonal coupling journal (9) that is rotatably engaged by a coupling sleeve (11) at the bottom end of the wrench. The cap periphery is fixed into position in the axial direction by frictional contact with the pipe cover part (22) of the shut-off device (4).
