The method involves the buoyancy body being lifted by the liquid (4), remaining at the top dead center, and is taken over by the following buoyancy body or holding down device (22), and slides or rolls on a sloping plane in the air section. The transfer of the buoyancy body from the air section (13) to the liquid section (12) in the lower region results automatically, with the respective buoyancy body being introduced in a drawer (46). This drawer is pushed from the air section into the liquid section, with the help of a carriage (45). The drawer with the buoyancy body (3) is filled with liquid. The liquid volume as a whole, and the liquid circuit, are operated as a closed system.
