The method involves maintaining equal volume in a water-filled buoyancy container (1) by a hose winding coil, and converting vertical buoyancy force into rotating buoyancy force by lift claws. The winding coil is upwardly moved, and the container is guided in a cage (4). A rotatable base of the container is rotated by a rotation motor. The base is provided with an aperture that is adapted to a hose inclination, and a helical hose winding (3) is downwardly guided into the container through the aperture, where the winding is made from dimensionally stable plastic.
