PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for auction system, an auction system suitable to the management system and a Web server for auction for returning surely some charge to a buyer when a state relevant to a returns permission reason of a successful bid object that is previously contracted after an auction transaction is settled.;SOLUTION: An auction management subject receives the deposit of security from a seller before an exhibited object is put up to auction and a state relevant to a returns permission reason of a successful bid object that is previously contracted occurs after an action transaction is settled.
