PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform work efficiently by heat-welding the duplex parts of the side piece bodies of a synthetic resin box, to assemble even a large box by one operator, to enable outside welding and inside welding by changing the direction of a piece constitution body to be mounted on a table, to improve the appearance of the assembled synthetic resin box, and to improve the commercial value of the box.;SOLUTION: An apparatus for assembling the synthetic resin box in which the adjacent side piece bodies are laid to partially overlap each other to make welding parts, and a box body is formed by welding the welding parts is provided with a press mechanism which can move in the X axis direction, a positioning mechanism which is arranged at a position opposite to the press mechanism and can move in the X axis direction, a movable body which can move in the Y axis direction to be inserted between the press mechanism and the positioning mechanism, a control mechanism which is arranged at a position opposite to the movable body and can move in the Y axis direction, and a lift mechanism which moves one welding part to be separated from the other welding part.
