PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inspection mobile scaffold device which can easily move an inspecting scaffold in a tunnel during construction by utilizing an existing track rail for a transport carriage without largely changing the external shape of the inspecting scaffold provided with the conventional portal frame, in tunnel construction work by the shield method or the like. ;SOLUTION: A portal frame 4, constituting an inspecting scaffold A formed so as to be arranged on a base beam astriding a power vehicle and transport carriage 3 made to run for in/out carrying materials, machine parts, etc., for construction work to a tunnel on a track rail laid on the base beam 1 set up to a lower part in the tunnel, is provided, and a beam member 11 of horizontal attitude, lifted along a strut 6 by a lift means 13 and having a wheel 12 mounted on the track rail 2, is provided in the front/rear struts 6 in the frame 4, the beam member 11 is positioned in a lowering down end part, the wheel 12 is forcedly mounted on the track rail 2, a lower surface of the portal frame 4 is floated from an upper surface of the base beam 1, and this condition is held, so that the inspecting scaffold A can be moved on the track rail 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
