PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of a seal provided by a structure for sealing the tie-rod mounting portion of a center take-off power steering device for a vehicle.;SOLUTION: In the center take-off power steering device 1, the center portion of a dust boot 11 is sandwiched between a guide shoe 7 and both arms 8b and 8b of a connecting member 8 with bolts 9 and 9 passed through the center portion, and collars 10 and 10 are fitted between the guide shoe 7 and the bolts 9 and 9 and between the dust boot 11 and the bolts 9 and 9, across a rack shaft 4, the guide shoe 7 and the dust boot 11, with one end of the collar 10 projecting from the dust boot 11 and abutting the arm 8b of the connecting member 8. The dust boot 11 is formed with a stepped recess 24 into which both arms 8b and 8b of the connecting member 8 can be fitted, and an annular projecting wall 25 surrounding the one end of the collar 10 and abutting the arm 8b of the connecting member 8.
