PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-cooled two-stage radiant condenser structure of an air conditioning refrigerating outdoor unit for cooling a condenser tube by an exhaust heat rotary fan for radiating a radiant heat by a radiant fan.;SOLUTION: An exhaust port 11 is formed at one end and a suction port 12 is formed at the other in a case 1. An intermediate exhaust port 14 and an intermediate suction port 15 are provided at intermediate stage positions in the case 1, and the case 1 is partitioned by an intermediate partition plate 16. A compressor 2 is connected to an entrance end and a circulating end of a refrigerant tube 3, and installed at the suction port position. The tube passes a refrigerant. The tube is partly connected to a slave unit out of a case to become the refrigerant tube near the compressor and a radiant tube 32 near the exhaust port. A radiant fan 4 is installed in a space in the intermediate suction port partitioned by the plate, and fag blades are driven by a motor.
