PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide functions of draining rain and dew entered in a ring body and fixing to hold it on a draining hole bored into a stone pedestal by giving a certain space, in a Buddhist bell and Buddhist bell device permanently installed in the outdoor like graveyard, and to prevent sound thereof from deteriorating with elapse of time. ;SOLUTION: The Buddhist bell has a bored through hole 2 at the bottom center of a bowl-shaped bell body 1, a long-straight axial tube 3 communicating therewith is integrally installed to the lower face of the bell body 1 through a ring-shaped guard 4 to give a prescribed space on the bottom face of the bell body 1. The Buddhist bell device consists of the Buddhist bell, a stone pedestal 5 made of stone material which is composed of a longitudinal hole 6 vertically bored down from the upper face and a water draining hole 7 slantingly from a lower part of the longitudinal hole 6 penetrating to a side, and of a fitting cylinder 8 inserted in the longitudinal hole 6 of the stone pedestal 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
