By providing these plants with recombinant DNA of phosphatase which can express trihalophosphate (TPP) in male reproductive system, we can reveal the production of male sterile plants. Fertility can be restored by providing the male sterile plants with an octanoic acid recombinant DNA capable of expressing trihalophosphate (TPS).A recombinant DNA capable of expressing a suppressor protein suppresses the performance of TPP under the control of an inducible developer This possibility of induced recovery can maintain a male sterile homologous line. It can also be achieved by spraying cinnamic acid with male sterile plants. For the production of figs or seeds, there is a specific sequence recombination system,Two specific recombination sites were inserted, i.e. the flanking sequence of TPP encoded recombinant DNA and the crossing between male sterile line and related larecombinasa line.
