The invented device comprises at least one box beam (20) and several box elements (30) having each one ground bus (37) and being in electrical connection with one common ground bus (5). The electrical connection with the common ground bus (5) uses a modular rail system of electrically connected buses (10, 11, 13a, 13b), whereby the modular rail system is connected at one point (16) to the common ground bus (5). Ground buses (37) of the box elements (30) are electrically connected each individually via detachable connecting means with module rails (13a, 13b). In such a manner easy assembly and removal of elements can be made by employing few movements, only.
