The device (1) has a parallelipipedic-shaped enclosure divided into four modules (80, 81, 90, 91) along a symmetry plane (A) of the enclosure, where the plane extends in a longitudinal horizontal symmetry, longitudinal vertical symmetry or transversal vertical symmetry of the enclosure. The modules are assembled together using a fixing unit (10) constituted by a whole or part of adjacent peripheral edges of the modules. The fixing unit is formed of a pin projecting with respect to one of the edges of the modules.
