The invention relates to a self-inking stamp, comprising a two-part housing. One part of said housing forms a housing part (1) for accommodating a stamp plate (3) and can be displaced in relation to the other housing part (2). The stamp housing is configured in a substantially circular or oval manner and the stamp plate is concave (3). An elastic annular rib (4) which forms a mounting framework for the stamp plate is provided on the exterior periphery of the stamp plate (3), or on the free edge of the housing part (1) which accommodates said stamp plate.
