Standard protein (I) containing ≥ 1 antibody-binding domain (Ia) from a protein G that includes ≥ 1 non-conservative a acid (aa) exchange, is new. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) mixtures of (I) which differ from each other in ≥ 1 property, especially molecular weight or isoelectric point; (b) a composition comprising many (I) is separate vessels, for producing the mixture of (a); and (c) a vector for expressing (I) comprising ≥ 1 sequence for a molecular weight domain and ≥ 1 for a binding domain th are expressed together as a fusion protein.
