PURPOSE: A reversible remote starting theft alarm using transceiving module of a mobile communication terminal is provided to secure the reliability of reversible communication and to manage the vehicle regardless of a distance or a region. CONSTITUTION: A reversible remote starting theft alarm using transceiving module of a mobile communication terminal includes a sensor part sensing the state of a vehicle, a micro computer part reading the sensed signal and outputting the corresponding command, a transmitting part converting the command into a wireless data, a mobile base transceiver station transmitting the wireless data to a wire or wireless telephone, or a cellular phone of an owner of the vehicle, a receiving part receiving the command of the owner transmitted through the base transceiver station, and a driving part driven by the signal from the micro computer part.
