PURPOSE: An oxygen generating type air cleaning system for home use is provided to achieve an improved efficiency of air cleaning action while clarifying polluted air and eliminating nitrogen from the clarified air. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises an air cleaning device having an air filter(1), a dust collector(2), an activated carbon(3) and an anion generator(4); an air compressor(7) for compressing air passed through the air cleaning device; a pair of pressure valves(13a,13b) for pushing the compressed air upon opening and which open/close an airflow, a pair of beds(14a,14b) for obtaining pure oxygen by allowing nitrogen contained in the air flowed by a pressure of either of valves(13a,13b) to be absorbed into a zeolite, a balance valve(24) and orifices(23a,23b) opened immediately after the opening of either of pressure valves(13a,13b) so as to drop out the nitrogen which is absorbed in the other bed which is not operating, a pair of flush valves(15a,15b) installed in two air channels formed in the valves(13a,13b) and the beds(14a,14b), respectively, and which operate oppositely to the valves(13a,13b) so as to discharge the drop out nitrogen to outside, a sensor(31) for sensing an amount of oxygen within a room, a controller(C) for controlling an operation time for the valves and the air compressor in accordance with the amount of the oxygen sensed by the sensor(31), a pressure sensor(28) for discharging a portion of pure oxygen discharge from the beds, a mixing valve(8) for mixing the pure oxygen from the sensor(28) with the clarified air, and a fan(32) for supplying the mixed air to the room.
