MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DIPPING STONE USED FOR PICKING KOREAN TRADITIONAL PASTE

PURPOSE: An artificial dipping stone (used for picking Korean traditional paste) reducing sour taste by incorporating yellow stone/feldspar/glaze and manufacturing method thereof is provided. CONSTITUTION: The artificial stone consists of 70 wt.% of soil, 15 wt.% of yellow soil, and 15 wt.% of feldspar. In addition, the enamel consists of 50 wt.% of oak tree ash, 40 wt.% of yellow soil, and 10 wt.% of germanium. The artificial stone is prepared by molding, drying for 7 days at shadow, sintering at 950deg.C for 10 hrs, cooling it for 12 hrs in ambient condition, polishing the surface, coating with enamel, sintering at 1350deg.C for 12 hrs, and then cooling it for 15 hrs in ambient condition.
