The improved track belt tire consists of a removable tread belt assembly mounted to a tire carcass with an embedded carcass ply having a ply pulled end surrounding the bead wire. The first, second, third and fourth apex elements are arranged around each bead wire. A first apex element is located radially outward from and near each of the bead wires, a second apex element is disposed between the overlapping sides of the lifting ply, and the third apex element is a ply pull of the carcass ply. Disposed on the axially inward side of the raised end, and the fourth apex element is disposed on the outward side of the ply raised end of the carcass ply, such that the distal end of the ply pulled end is disposed on the second apex element and the fourth ape.
