DEODORANT AND ANTIMICROBIAL COMPOSITION AND FUNCTIONAL STRUCTURE IN SOCKS BOTTOM

PURPOSE: Functional structure in socks bottom is provided which includes deodorant and antimicrobial composition in socks so that it prevents athletes foot from being propagated with raising antimicrobial effect. CONSTITUTION: The functional structure in socks bottom is produced by the following steps of: (i) preparing deodorant and antimicrobial composition wherein resin, copper, silver and keto acid component are mixed; (ii) preparing magnetizing material wherein resin and ferrite or metal oxide are mixed; (iii) adhering the bottom of socks by the prepared deodorant and antimicrobial composition in printing or pressing way; (iv) adhering the prepared magnetizing material to the bottom of socks; and (v) putting the socks into a magnetizer and then magnetizing to set.
