SUBSTANCE: method involves performing ten jumps with open eyes and ten jumps with closed eyes on the same site at frequency of 90 jumps per minute in the center of limited ground; dividing ground by inner, middle and outer circles of different diameters with single center depending upon length of foot of individual under test; detecting number of oversteppings beyond circles by individual under test to determine coordination abilities from formula: CT(unit)=10-0.25 Zmin-0.375 Zmed-0.5 Zmax, where: Zmin is number of oversteppings beyond inner circle; Zmax is number of oversteppings beyond outer circle. Coordination training of 0-2.4 units is considered as low coordination training level, 2.5-4.4 units as coordination abilities of level below middle level, 4.5-6.4 units as coordination training of average level, 6.5-8.4 units as above average level, 8.5-10 units as high level. Method allows coordination abilities of individual to be determined and individual training programs to be chosen.
