Composition has from 0.12 to 0.6 g/ml of ciprofloxacine chlorohydrate monohydrate (this value is equivalent to 0.1-0.5% of free base); 0.05-0.3 g/ml of nonionic surface-active substance; from 0.5 to 2.0 g/ml of thickening agent and water up to 100 ml. Method of preparing involves the dispersion of thickening agent at heating, addition of surface-active substance, acetic acid, sodium acetate solution and ciprofloxacine and pH value is brought about to 4.5-4.9.
