To cast large-size prefabricated concrete sections, with at least two-sided smooth shell surfaces, the shell sections and the reinforcements are positioned at a casting mold together with an initial shell pallet. The concrete is poured and compressed. A second shell pallet is placed on the first pallet, with the shell sections between them. Both pallets are clamped, for the whole assembly to be swung or rotated.
