The transducer includes at least two diaphragms (8,10) connected in parallel. The diaphragms are driven by a moving coil deflected by an oscillator body. The diaphragms are operatively connected via an acoustic channel in the oscillator body, to sum the sound power of the diaphragms. The diaphragms are arranged in a ring shape around the tubular oscillator body. The acoustic channel comprises lateral openings (12) in the oscillator body. The annular cavities between the two diaphragms may be divided into a relief chamber for the back of one diaphragm, closed to the acoustic channel, and a pressure chamber for the other diaphragm, and including the acoustic channel.
