The device has a rectangular position system disk releasably connected to a T-shaped slider (11). The disk moves relative to the slider on its long portion (12). The long portion has longitudinally extending parallel slits (17-19). The bar (13) of the T-shape has at least one locating line (14) marked with a scale (16). The positioning disk has two guide extensions, between which the long portion of the T slides. The disk is also marked with a scale whose pattern corresponds to that of the first scale. A bore is provided at each scale division on the disk scale, spaced from the edge of the disk. These bores are arranged in a line relative to each other.
