This vehicle roof module (14) in which is fitted a sliding roof section (22) and a rear windscreen (24). The roof module is passed through the front windscreen opening and fitted to the vehicle roof frame (16) and located by locating pins on the vehicle body. The transparent sliding roof section (22) can be slid back under the rear windscreen (24) to open the vehicle roof. Also the rear windscreen (24) can be swung out to ventilate the rear of the cab and to improve headroom in the vehicle rear.
