The invention relates to a method of electrophoresis separation, from a biological sample, of isoenzymes of alkaline phosphatase, characterized in that the electrophoresis is carried out on an electrophoresis support after deposition of a lectin solution in a determined localized area of the electrophoresis support, under conditions allowing the interaction between said lectin and the isoenzymes of ALP contained in the biological sample analyzed, the deposition of the lectin solution also being carried out under appropriate conditions to allow the separation of the ALP isoenzymes constituted by the bone fraction and by the hepatic fraction.
