Coupling assembly is made of a intra-medullar rod (T) implanted inside the healthy bone and comprising a female tronconical bore (2), able to receive the male tronconical rod (1) integral with the implant (A). Both the intra-medullar and the tronconical rods are bored and they can receive a compression screw (3) which is engaged with the screwed portion on top (2a) and is in abutment against a face of the implant. An Independent claim is also included for the knee prosthesis using a femoral and a tibial implants attached by the coupling assembly.
