(57) Abstract The multi focus contact lenses which are designed according to each patient paralleling to the radial inside perimeter aspect which has the annular spherical inside and the (iii) annular spherical inside which it adjoins to the (i) central non spherical aspect and the (ii) central non spherical aspect paralleling to the radial inside perimeter aspect which has the 2nd annular spherical aspect and the (iv) 2nd annular spherical aspect which it adjoins include the front side which has the magnification ratio spherical surface which is demarcated partly by the annular spherical outside which it adjoins. As for the annular spherical aspect the re it is the re central non spherical aspect and concentric circular condition or coaxial condition. The central non spherical aspect is suitable to long distance vision reform zone. The annular spherical inside is the spherical aspect which is suitable to medium range vision reform zone. The 2nd annular spherical aspect is suitable to short-range reform zone, the annular spherical outside is suitable to distant vision reform zone.
