PURPOSE: To simplify and miniaturize a stress measuring sensor. ;CONSTITUTION: The first stress measuring sensor 2 is formed out of an amorphous magnetic element 21 which varies in magnetostrictive characteristics corresponding to a stress received from the outside, and a coil 22 for generating a magnetic field passing the element 21. The sensor 2 output the voltage generated at the coil 22 corresponding to the magnetostrictive characteristic by a counterelectromovie force action as a detection signal when the voltage applied to the coil 22 from the exterior becomes zero. Incidentally, when the polarity of the voltage applied to the coil 22 is inverted, the voltage generated at the element 21 in response to the magnetostrictive characteristics by Matteuci effect may be output as the detection signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
