PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information effective for a judgement on planning or carrying-out of a business by quantitatively grasping a business risk based on risk factors surrounding the service business. SOLUTION: Basic data for performing profit and loss simulation are inputted (S101). A risk managing target is determined and the data of risk factors in the past are inputted (S102 and S103). After the system of service charges is inputted, the simulation of profit and loss prediction is performed by the Monte Carlo method (S104 and S105). From the simulated result, a business risk index is found and it is decided whether the risk managing target is satisfied or not (S106 and S107). When it is not satisfied, a charging system is corrected (S108).
