PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for wash-free rice and a using method of rice-washing water capable of saving rice-washing water and enhancing a taste of wash-free rice.;SOLUTION: In the manufacturing device for wash-free rice, after a material white rice is washed at a rice washing part 12 and is dehydrated at a dehydrating part 66, it is dried at a drying part 96 to manufacture a wash-free rice. Here, at the rice washing part 12, pure water is fed to a tertiary rice-washing part 54 as tertiary rice-washing water, the tertiary rice-washing water used at the tertiary rice-washing part 54 is fed from the dehydrating part 66 to a secondary rice-washing part 44 as secondary rice-washing water and the secondary rice-washing water used at the secondary rice-washing part 44 is fed to a primary rice-washing part 14 as primary rice-washing water. Thereby, since the rice-washing water can be re-utilized well and a rice-washing and a rice-washing finishing of the material white rice can be cleanly carried out, the rice-washing water can be saved well and a taste of the wash-free rice can be certainly enhanced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
