VARIETAL DISCRIMINATION METHOD OF RAW RICE IN RICE CAKE SAMPLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for precisely, easily and rapidly discriminating a variety of raw rice using a rice cake as a sample without needing a purchase route survey of the raw rice and a complicated examination such as an eating quality test of the rice cake or the like.;SOLUTION: Disclosed is a varietal discrimination method of the raw rice of the rice cake sample featured by that a template DNA is amplified by PCR method in the presence of a suitable pairing primer using a DNA extracted and purified from the rice cake as a template and the variety of the raw rice of the rice cake sample is discriminated by polymorphism of the obtained amplified DNA.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
