PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residential area environment simulating device which can plan a residential area that is sufficiently considered on detailed weather in an area where a plurality of houses are constructed. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional model of a residential area is generated by using data accumulated in a geographic information accumulation means 21, a building information accumulation means 23, a tree information accumulation means 24 and an area plan information accumulation means 25 or the like. A weather model obtained by simulating the weather state of the generated three-dimensional model of the housing area is generated by the model generating means 33. The weather model is generated in a stage where the plan of the residential area is completed to a certain extent. The presence or absence of inconvenience in the weather state of the housing area is considered based on the generated weather model. When an inconvenience part is corrected, the residential area can be planned sufficiently considered on detailed weather.
