PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isoxazoline derivative which is excellent in weeding effect and in capability for selecting crops from weeds. SOLUTION: This isoxazoline derivative is represented by formula [I] (wherein R1 and R2 are each an alkyl; R3 , R4 , R5 , and R6 are each H; Y is an optionally substituted, 5- or 6-membered, aromatic heterocyclic or aromatic fused heterocyclic group having a heteroatom selected from among N, O, and S; and n is 0, 1 or 2).
