LOW-COST FENCE RESISTANT TO SNOW DAMAGE AND PROTECTIVE AGAINST DEER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem such that a conventional fence for preventing damage from wild animals, wherein thick wooden vertical piles driven at intervals of 5-7.5 m are covered with wire netting having a height of about 2 m, requires a considerable investment due to construction as large-scale facilities.;SOLUTION: This fence is composed of a corner part 2, the vertical pile 3, the multideck wire netting 4 and a supporting material part 5. The wire netting 4 is constituted in such a manner as to make a vertical wire 4A independent in a position of a horizontal wire 4B, make upper and lower ends of the vertical wire 4A wound around each of the horizontal wires 4B, and reduce deformation, caused by a snow load, of the vertical wire 4A by making the vertical wire 4A turn on the horizontal wire 4B under the snow load.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
