PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means of returning a flexible plastic agitating vane to the upper stream side of a rotational movement direction when the agitating vane reverses to the downstream side.;SOLUTION: Restraining parts 600 are attached to a container body 301A. When an agitating vane 305c sags to the downstream side of a movement direction, normal rotation is carried out in such a way that the movement of the front edge of the agitating vane 305c is restrained by one of the restraining parts 600 such as projections and the agitating vane sags to the upper stream side and returns to the original position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
