PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To divide a definition of business process and a definition of data linkage inter-application to achieve an easy interchange of applications in a workflow control system and to inform only data related to the workflow to the control system.;SOLUTION: In the system, a definition 111 of business process and a definition 113 of input-output data inter-application are divided, a meta definition system 104 of process data is prepared aside from an operation design system 101 and a system design system 103 to register or acquire a meta definition of process data from both of the systems 101 and 103. When operating the control system, only the data related to the workflow is converted into a data format defined with the control system. So data outputted from the applications is divided into the data related to the workflow and the applications data according to a meta definition 114 of process data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
