The pastry product containing cinnamon comprises a mixture of beef fat 200, sugar 250, fermented dough 166 and flour 170 g respectively and six eggs. Sugar mixed with 10 g of cinnamon is sprinkled on to the dough in the mould with homogenization of the mixture.
