Active Integrated Antenna with Power Amplifier and planning method

PURPOSE: An active integrated antenna and design method for such antenna is provided to achieve an improved efficiency of power amplifier, and reduce the size of antenna and manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An antenna comprises a power amplifier(11) for receiving an RF signal, amplifying the received signal into a desired output level and transmitting the signal to an antenna; an output terminal matching circuit(12) for receiving the amplified RF signal from the power amplifier, and matching the input impedance of the antenna and the output impedance of the power amplifier so as to allow for a non-loss transmission of the power; and a harmonic wave tuning transmitting/receiving separation antenna(13) for receiving the matched RF signal, increasing linearity by suppressing a third harmonic wave component, radiating the RF signal to the air through a microstrip line feed point, receiving, at a coaxial feed point, the RF signal transmitted from a base station or a terminal, and transmitting the received RF signal to the receiving system.
