Active Integrated Antennas for Power Combining and Beam Control

摘要

Active antennas integrating active devices and passive antenna elements aredesigned and fabricated. They are placed periodically in the array structure for quasi-optical power generation. By controlling the oscillation modes of the strongly coupled active antenna array, different functions for power combining and beam control we obtained. Examples of the circuits are given. (MM).
