Digital Documentation Issuing System for Civil Petition Paperwork

PURPOSE: A digital communication type issuing system for a civil affair document is provided to save the time and expense of the peoples by simply receiving various kinds of civil affair documents issued by a government office and a private organization via an Internet network and an exclusive network regardless of the time and location. CONSTITUTION: The digital communication type issuing system comprises a communication group of a PC making a user receive a document through a PC, the Internet network(1) or exclusive network(2) connecting to each other through a communication relay station. The Internet network mutually connects to a communication path device(3), the communication path device mutually connects to a web server(5) supported by a web operation program(4) and the exclusive network mutually and directly connects to the web server. The web operation program uploads the source data of the civil affair documents provided from the government office and private organization on the web server. The content provided from the web server is downloaded by the user and distributed by a distribution medium such as an e-mail and CD.
