PURPOSE: A performance test apparatus is provided to test performance of pelvis while satisfying prescribed laws and regulations by obtaining rotating angle and torque for the performance of pelvis. CONSTITUTION: A performance test apparatus comprises a base(20); a pelvis fixing unit(30) for fixing a pelvis(10) to be spaced apart from the base; a connection assist member(40) connected to a flange(15) of the pelvis; a load cell(50) connected to an end of the connection assist member through a hinge(a), and where a loading is applied; a vertical operating unit(60) having a lower side connected to the base through a hinge(b) and an upper side connected to the load cell, and which moves the load cell in a vertical direction; angle sensors(70a,70b) mounted to the hinge of the connection assist member and the hinge of the vertical operating unit, respectively; and an output unit(80) for outputting the angle sensed by the angle sensor.
