A OFFERED METHOD OF MANAGEMENT SERVICE TO TRAFFIC ACCIDENT USING NETWORK

PURPOSE: A method for a traffic accident processing service by using a communication network is provided to promptly and transparently control a traffic accident by integrating and unifying the compensation centers of respective insurance companies and integrally managing insurance companies, mechanics and insurance holders. CONSTITUTION: A system is built by building a database and connecting a mechanic, an insurance company and a communication network(S10). A service system recognizes the situation of a traffic accident by accepting the information about the accident, and the points to control the accident are instructed(S20). The mechanics near the spot of the accident are extracted, and the mechanic collects the evidences of the accident and controls the accident(S30). A service provider estimates the accident based on the collected evidences and collects the data about compensation(S42). While the insurance company, the mechanic and a service user are connected through the communication network, the accident is estimated based on the compensation data(S43). Compensation is confirmed by the insurance company, and the accident is controlled(S50). Thereafter, the compensation money is given, and the completion of the accident is checked(S60).
