PURPOSE: A commodity sale service system is provided to give a user a commodity free of charge when the user buys a mobile phone or a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) and to offset the price of the commodity with a ratio of a usage fee of the mobile phone or the PDA. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises steps of establishing a cooperation relation among a credit company, a mobile communication service provider and a general user on selling commodities associated with a purchase and a usage of a mobile communication device(S100), applying a minus milage when the user buys a mobile communication device while the user offers necessary data, for example, credit card data, a desired number of the mobile communication device and selects a specific desired commodity, delivering the selected commodity to the user free of charge, and at the same time transmitting the applied minus milage data to the credit company and the mobile communication service provider(S200), and receiving a certain ratio of a usage fee of the mobile communication device from the mobile communication service provider and offsetting a minus milage corresponding to the original price of the commodity given to the user free of charge(S300). The user pays the usage fee of the mobile communication device with a credit card, and a certain ratio of the usage fee is transferred to the sale service provider until the original price of the commodity is completely offset.
